Moonee Valley City Council
Give Your Unwearable Textiles a Second Life
Exclusively for Moonee Valley City Council residents.
Book your FREE textile collection and help keep clothing and household textiles out of landfill. Together with Moonee Valley City Council and After, your unwanted textiles can be reused, repurposed, or responsibly recycled, creating a cleaner, more sustainable future for our community.
Book your collection in just a few minutes.
Our collection day is Monday, 12 October.
Cut-off for bookings is Wednesday, 7 October, before 4 PM. Once bookings close, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know your collection has been booked successfully. On the morning of your collection day, you'll also receive a friendly reminder so you know exactly when to have your textiles ready.
Please note eligibility criteria apply.* All applications will be reviewed at the end of the booking period to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If deemed ineligible, bookings will be cancelled and a notification of cancellation will be issued via email.
To assist in reviewing the experience of residents and evaluating the effectiveness of our programs, all registered attendees will receive a post-event survey sent to the email from Moonee Valley City Council. Participation in the survey is voluntary, and by opting in and accepting the survey invitation, you indicate your consent.
